The Parish Church of St Peter, Paul & Thomas (PPT) has a congregation of about 150 adults and 30 children from the small market town of Bovey Tracey, Devon, and its surrounding villages. It is linked with the smaller rural village of Hennock, 3 miles to the north, and the parish church of St Mary’s Hennock.
Our Community
Church Mission
Jesus gave his disciples one Great Commission to make disciples of all nations, and two great commandments, to love God with all their hearts and to love their neighbours as themselves. For information on how we seek to fulfil this mission in three steps, see our Purpose & Belief statements.
Holy Week and Easter at PPT
Holy Week is the heart of the Christian Year. At PPT we will be holding a united service and lunch on Palm Sunday (13 April), marking Maundy Thursday with a Communion service at 7.30pm and a Family Service for Good Friday at 10am (there is a quiet service at St Mary’s Hennock at 2pm). On Easter Day there will be an outdoor service at 9.30am, and Easter Communion at 11am. Further details can be found in the Spring Bulletin.
