Our Community

The Parish Church of St Peter, Paul & Thomas (PPT) has a congregation of about 150 adults and 30 children from the small market town of Bovey Tracey, Devon, and its surrounding villages. It is linked with the smaller rural village of Hennock, 3 miles to the north, and the parish church of St Mary’s Hennock.

About us

Church Mission

Jesus gave his disciples one Great Commission to make disciples of all nations, and two great commandments, to love God with all their hearts and to love their neighbours as themselves. For information on how we seek to fulfil this mission in three steps, see our Purpose & Belief statements.

Our Beliefs

Summer at PPT

Celebrate the eightieth anniversary of VE Day with us at 6pm on Thursday 8 May. We will mark the Feast of the Ascension of Jesus (Thursday 29 May)with a service of Evensong at 6pm at St Mary’s Hennock. Our next United service is at 10.30am on Sunday 8 June (Pentecost), and the Bishop of Plymouth will be presiding at a confirmation service  on Sunday 27 July.
